Wade brings over three decades of experience in educational leadership and a deep-rooted passion of helping others to his role as Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of BetterU Solutions. Wade’s deeply held belief that everyone wants to be better in what they do has driven him to serve others in their personal and professional development. As a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Speaker, and Trainer, Wade is licensed to offer services grounded in John Maxwell’s renowned leadership principles and brings more than a decade of strategic planning experience to BetterU Solutions.

Sherri Broderius brings a lifetime of educational leadership experience to her leadership consulting work. With 25 years as a high school principal and service as a superintendent in two rural districts, Sherri is passionate about meaningful, innovative education. As a Superintendent, Sherri led her district to being named a 2014 National Blue Ribbon School, oversaw the construction of a $40 million future-focused school, and pioneered the 4-Day School Week in Minnesota. Sherri mentors first-year superintendents, providing guidance on board relations, crisis management, and strategic leadership as well as consults with districts considering the 4-Day School Week. Her expertise supports districts in navigating challenges and fostering deep learning and success for students.
